HOURS OF OPERATION
We are open Monday through Thursday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Friday hours are 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM. The office is closed on weekends and on all major holidays.

APPOINTMENTS
To schedule an appointment, please call our office during regular office hours. Same-day appointments are available for your more urgent needs. Please describe your problem when making an appointment, to make sure enough time is given to your needs. Save time by downloading and filling out your patient forms before your visit.

We understand that emergencies happen, therefore we ask that if you have to cancel an appointment please call us within 24 hours of your appointment.

Patients under the age of 16 should be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

If you need to be fasting for your appointment, then try not to eat anything after 9 PM. You may have water, plain coffee, plain tea or diet drinks after 9 PM and the morning of your appointment. Try to avoid dehydration.

APPOINTMENT DELAYS
Unfortunately delays happen, however we make every effort to keep your waiting time to a minimum. Please be patient with us as emergencies do occur and procedures may take longer than anticipated.

Please try to be on time for your appointment. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may try to fit you in or you may have to reschedule your appointment.

EMERGENCIES
If you have a medical emergency, please call 911 or go to your nearest hospital. When the office is closed and you have an urgent issue that needs to be addressed immediately, please call the office to hear a message with instructions on how to reach Dr. Ro on his cell phone. Keep in mind, that Dr. Ro won’t return calls left on his cell phone while the office is open. If you need to contact us about appointments, medication refills, lab results or any other questions, please call back during our regular office hours at 770-814-9672. Please don't use email for urgent communication.
